Paid Review Materials

Send the packet that makes the review useful.

A good written review depends on the quote details you provide. Use this checklist before submitting so the case can move from payment to review without a back-and-forth delay.

What To Include

Useful materials reduce review delays.

Quote and scope

Proposal, estimate, line items, exclusions, assumptions, contract pages, and any written contractor messages.

Allowances and selections

Cabinets, tile, fixtures, appliances, flooring, lighting, hardware, and any product numbers or allowance limits.

Payment and changes

Deposit terms, progress payments, final payment, change-order language, markup, credits, and schedule notes.

Project context

Project type, city/state, budget range, deadline, stage, and whether you are comparing one or multiple quotes.

Photos or plans

Only include photos, sketches, or drawings that clarify the quote. Keep them focused on the work being reviewed.

Cloud links

For large packets, paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, or OneDrive link and make sure sharing is turned on.

Keep Out Of The Packet

Do not send sensitive unrelated documents.

The review only needs remodel quote materials. Leave out anything that is not needed to understand the contractor quote.

  • Payment card numbers, bank details, or full account numbers.
  • Social Security numbers or tax records.
  • Medical, insurance, or identity documents unrelated to the remodel quote.
  • Private photos that do not clarify the scope being reviewed.

Ready To Submit

Use the same email from checkout.

Payment and intake are matched by checkout session, payment reference, and email. Using the same email makes the review case easier to confirm.
